The CASP+ CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner certification is ideal for technical professionals, it is not formulated for technical managers.
The CASP+ certification training course includes the learning of identifying vulnerabilities in the networking devices and server configurations in real environments.
CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner certification classes help the participant to perform various types of security-related tasks, a key requirement for the senior security analyst engineer positions. It gives the candidates the ability to identify and mitigate the security risk in the organisation. It introduces the types of security control that you can apply to overcome or reduce the vulnerabilities in the system.
Furthermore, the CASP+ certification enables the candidates to perform cryptography algorithms on storage devices, VPN and mobile devices.
A minimum of ten years of general hands-on IT experience, with at least five years of broad hands-on security experience.
Candidates can achieve this certification by passing the following exam(s).
