Steps for Individuals (Self Funded)

  • Step 1: Fill out the form
  • Step 2: We will send through the payment details. If paying via OpenPay or Zip Pay, please add your customer ID to the form
  • Step 3: Once payment has been made, a receipt will be issued, and the booking is confirmed
  • Step 4: You can inform us and collect the course material from the training location before the course commencement

Steps for Individuals (Paid by Employers)

  • Step 1: Fill out the form and company details
  • Step 2: We will issue the course invoice addressed to your employer via email
  • Step 3: Once payment is made, a receipt will be issued, and the booking is confirmed
  • Step 4: You can inform us and collect the course material from the training location before the course commencement
  • If the fee will be paid by your employer at a later date; please bring a letter from your manager/accounts team with the confirmation.

What to Bring on the First Day

  • Please ensure the fee or the instalment has been paid, we will provide course material and stationery.
  • Tea and coffee are provided at our premises.
  • Meals are provided in full-time classroom courses held at our premises (excludes packages and programs).

Course Timings

  • Full-Time (weekdays): 9:30 am to 5 pm
  • Part-Time (weeknights): 6 pm to 9 pm
  • Part-Time (weekends): 10 am to 5 pm

Payment Methods

  • Cash, EFTPOS, Online Transfer, Business Cheque, Purchase Order, PayPal, Credit Cards with 3% surcharge (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX)
  • Invoices and receipts are issued for all payments.

Reservation Process

  • Seats are limited; please reserve your place by filling out the Book Now form. Courses run subject to minimum registrations.
  • Once the required number of registrations have been received, the course is closed and participants will need to wait for the next intake.

Meals

  • We provide sandwiches/rolls for lunch. We are unable to cater to special dietary requirements.
