Are you struggling to get a Data Analyst Job in Australia?
Don’t Lose Hope.
We have helped thousands.
Prepare to get a Data Analyst Job by training at Logitrain.

This program is built for people who want their first data analyst or business intelligence role, and it is shaped around what Australian employers actually ask for in 2026. That means hands on skill with SQL, Power BI and Excel, a second visualisation tool in Tableau, an understanding of cloud data, and recognised certifications to prove it. If you are a recent graduate struggling to land that first role, someone changing careers, or a new migrant trying to break into the Australian job market, this program gives you the skills, the certifications and the job search support to get there.
You do not need a degree and you do not need prior experience. What you need is the right skills, evidence that you can use them, and someone in your corner who understands how hiring works here. That is what this program provides.
Employers screen for four things, and the program is built around all four. The first is technical skill and knowledge, which you gain through fully hands on, instructor led training. The second is recognised industry certification, which signals to an employer that your skills are real and current. The third is career counselling from people who understand the Australian market, so your resume, cover letter and interview technique do not let your skills down. The fourth is local Australian work experience, which is often the missing piece for graduates and new migrants, and which the program provides through a structured internship.

Most training providers stop at the certificate. We do not, because in 2026 the large majority of employers hire on demonstrated skill rather than on credentials alone, so a certificate by itself is no longer enough to stand out.
The first difference is the capstone portfolio. During the program you build two or three real dashboards and a short written analysis of the data behind them, the kind of work a junior analyst does on the job. You finish with something concrete to show, a portfolio you can link from your resume and walk an interviewer through, which is what turns a list of certificates into proof that you can do the work.
The second difference is that we teach you to work the way modern teams actually work, which now includes AI. Inside the Power BI and Excel training you learn to use Microsoft Copilot and to apply AI tools sensibly and accurately to real analysis tasks. AI skills are starting to appear in data analyst advertisements, and a candidate who can show they understand these tools has an edge over one who cannot.
Each level builds on the one before it, adding a capability that employers ask for, in roughly the order they ask for it.

The program price includes instructor led, hands on training, course material, official certification exams fee, practice questions and mock tests.
There is no selection criteria. Anyone who wants to work as a data analyst or in business intelligence can apply.
You finish this level able to query a database with SQL, understand how data works in the cloud, and build and publish reports in both Power BI and Tableau. Those are the skills at the heart of the role, and you leave with three recognised certificates and the start of your dashboard portfolio.
If you have prior relevant experience, the duration can be reduced.
Full time on weekdays runs as one month of training and internship blended together.
Part time on weeknights or weekends runs as three and a half months of training and internship blended together.
Complimentary Career Counselling: Career GearUP includes tips and tricks for technical and behavioural interviews, group interviews and technical presentations. Analysis of the current job trends, a session on creating successful resumes and impressive cover letters.
Mock Tests: Give you an understanding of how the exam test engine works and familiarises you with the testing experience and environment. The mock test questions and answers have been obtained through various sources and have not been verified by us. To enhance their learning, participants need to study, do their research and refer to the course material to verify the questions and answers.
Exams Cost: All certification exam costs are included. Certification exams for each relevant course can be taken within three months of that specific course/module completion.

This is the level most jobseekers should look at, because it covers the full working set of a junior analyst. On top of the querying, cloud and visualisation skills from level one, you add Excel for data analysis, which employers ask for as often as Power BI, and the vendor neutral CompTIA Data Plus certificate, which shows you understand the whole analytics lifecycle. The internship gives you the local Australian work experience that graduates and new migrants are so often missing, and it is where your capstone portfolio takes shape.

Across the program you build the working skill set of a junior data analyst. You learn to query and shape data with SQL, clean and analyse data in Excel, model and visualise it in Power BI and Tableau, understand how data lives in the Azure cloud, and, at the top level, work with data in Python. You also learn to use Microsoft Copilot and AI tools inside your analysis, and you leave with a portfolio that shows all of it in action.
On successful completion, you can apply for roles such as data analyst, business intelligence analyst, reporting analyst, data insights analyst, business performance analyst, customer analytics analyst and digital analyst, among other related roles.
Every program is fully hands on and instructor led, with course material provided for all courses, exam preparation, mock tests and official certification exam vouchers. The job search support that runs alongside the training covers writing impressive cover letters, creating successful resumes, techniques for applying for the right jobs, making an impression at interview, and preparation for both technical and behavioural interviews. Official certification exams must be registered and taken within three months of completing each course or module, at the centre where the training was delivered.

Yes. A degree is an advantage, but it is usually not required if you have the right skills, knowledge and work experience. The program is designed for career changers, recent graduates and new migrants, and it provides the skills, the certificates and the local experience that employers look for.
The program includes DP-080 Querying with Transact-SQL, Excel for Data Analysis, Azure Data Fundamentals (DP-900), Power BI Data Analyst (PL-300), Tableau Desktop Specialist, CompTIA Data Plus (DA0-002) and Python for Data Analysis (PCEP), with the exact mix depending on which of the three levels you choose.
Job Ready Program 1 is the foundation and gives you querying, cloud, Power BI and Tableau with three certificates. Job Ready Program 2 is the level most jobseekers should consider, because it adds Excel and a broad data analytics certificate plus local work experience. Job Ready Program 3 adds Python and comes with a signed job guarantee. The right choice depends on your budget, your timeframe and how much support you want with the job search, and our consultants can talk it through with you.
