Q: Is it pre-recorded training videos or e-learning?
A: No, it is not pre-recorded training videos or e-learning, it is real training delivered by our trainer in real-time. With our Live (Online) Training Course, you are in the classroom virtually, you can hear the trainer, watch the slides, take notes, interact with the trainer, ask questions, hear other participant’s questions, perform hands-on labs.
Q: Do I need to download any software on my device to attend live training?
A: Yes, you will require Zoom or Microsoft Teams application to attend live virtual training. You need a Windows or Apple device and a reliable internet connection, it also works on iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and Andriod.
Q: Do I need additional hardware to attend live training?
A: No, there is no additional hardware required to attend live training. We recommend an additional monitor for technology courses, if you do not have an additional monitor, you may use your TV as an additional screen.
Q: What is the process? How does the training work?
A: You book the course through our website and upon confirmation from us pay the fee. Once the fee is received we will provide the course material as per your preference. The Zoom/Microsoft details are emailed close to the course commencement. On the day of the training at the course start time AEST/AEDT, you click the link and connect with the trainer from anywhere. We support Zoom and Microsoft Teams for the training delivery. There is no special requirement to attend from your end, all you need is a Windows or Apple device and a reliable internet connection.
Q: Can I take the exam online?
A: Yes, for live virtual training candidates, if the exam is available through online proctoring, we will book your exam online which can be taken from a private space. You will require a personal computing device e.g. computer/laptop (not your work device as they may have security restrictions on it) with a microphone, speakers and camera. In limited circumstances if online proctored exam is not supported, we will book the exam at an authorised test center closest to you.

Live Virtual Training is a classroom-based experience where you can attend your training from anywhere in the world through your computer or laptop. This platform which gives you the freedom to virtually attend the class from anywhere irrespective of your location, it allows you to join, collaborate and interact as if you are “actually” in the classroom.
Through our Live Virtual Training, you can share ideas and communicate directly with the instructor and other attendees in the classroom. You will be able to communicate with other Live Virtual Training participants and enhance your skills by exchanging your ideas, thoughts and perceptions.
