About The Author

Murad Tanvir is a Senior IT Trainer at Logitrain and one of Australia's most credentialled networking instructors, holding a rare Double CCIE in Enterprise Infrastructure and Service Provider, a level reached by fewer than one per cent of networking professionals. He has more than twenty years of hands-on experience across network engineering, enterprise infrastructure design and IT service management, including eight and a half years as a Senior Systems Engineer at NEC Australia before joining Logitrain in 2012. He holds over fifty certifications spanning Cisco, Microsoft, ITIL and CompTIA, and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Murad has trained thousands of IT professionals across Australia and has been a preferred trainer for organisations including Telstra, Optus and the Department of Defence.
