Meet the Logitrain Team

Murad Tanvir is one of Australia’s most credentialled IT trainers, holding a rare Double CCIE certification (#17081) in both Enterprise Infrastructure and Service Provider – a distinction held by fewer than 1% of networking professionals worldwide and will reach his CCIE Lifetime Emeritus status in October 2026. With over 20 years of hands-on experience spanning network engineering, enterprise infrastructure design, IT service management and technical training, Murad brings genuine industry depth to every course he delivers.

Before joining Logitrain in 2012, Murad spent 8.5 years as a Senior Systems Engineer at NEC Australia, where he led the design and re-architecture of large-scale corporate networks for enterprise clients across Australia. His responsibilities included conducting site audits, traffic analysis, high-level network design, and managing IT service management projects from inception to delivery. Prior to NEC, he worked as a Network Engineer at Introtech, providing end-to-end LAN/WAN design, network security and voice over IP solutions, and earlier as a Technical Support Engineer at Educom Australia, a Microsoft Certified Technical Education Centre in Melbourne.

Murad holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116), ensuring his delivery meets Australian vocational training standards. His certifications span Cisco, Microsoft, ITIL and CompTIA — totalling over 50 individual credentials accumulated across more than two decades of continuous professional development.

Raza Ahmad is an experienced IT Instructor and certified network and security professional based in Melbourne, with over 6 years of full-time training delivery at Logitrain. Specialising in cyber security, enterprise networking, firewall technologies, and cloud platforms, Raza brings hands-on multi-vendor expertise to every course he delivers — covering Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Check Point, Microsoft, and AWS technologies.

Before joining Logitrain in 2019, Raza worked as a Technical Support Engineer at United Mobile and as an IT professional at Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL), building practical experience across enterprise networking, Microsoft server environments, and telecommunications infrastructure. He holds a Master of Science in IT (Computer Networking) from Charles Sturt University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Telecommunications from PAF-KIET.

At Logitrain, Raza has delivered cybersecurity, firewall, networking, and software training to some of Australia’s most prominent corporate clients — including Telstra, BHP, Boeing, the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC), SA Power Networks, Catholic IT, Geoscience Australia, SAAB, and the Australian Government including the Department of Defence. His real-world technical depth across next-generation firewalls, routing and switching protocols, cloud platforms, and penetration testing tools ensures students receive training that goes well beyond the textbook.

Faiza Khan is an IT Career Counsellor and Recruitment Manager with over 20 years of experience in IT recruitment, talent acquisition, and career development across Australia and the United States. Based in Melbourne and a key member of the Logitrain team since 2013, Faiza brings a uniquely practical perspective to career counselling — one built on two decades of sitting on the hiring side of the table at some of Australia’s most respected organisations.

Before joining Logitrain, Faiza held senior recruitment roles at Ernst & Young, ANZ Bank, Accenture, and Aconex, managing end-to-end recruitment processes across IT, financial services, systems integration, and technical architecture at all levels from graduate to executive. She has personally shortlisted, interviewed, and placed hundreds of IT professionals into roles across Australia, giving her an insider’s understanding of exactly how hiring decisions are made, what makes a candidate stand out, and what causes strong candidates to be overlooked.

At Logitrain, Faiza delivers career counselling sessions to IT professionals and career changers enrolled in our Job Ready Programs — helping them navigate the Australian IT job market with confidence. She has supported candidates placed with Australia’s leading telecommunications companies, major mining and resources organisations, global aerospace and defence companies, Australian government agencies and the Department of Defence, energy networks, and media organisations.

Faiza holds CCNA, MCP certifications and a degree in Information Technology, giving her genuine technical literacy that sets her apart from generalist career counsellors — she understands the certifications her clients are pursuing, the roles they are targeting, and the technical environments they will be working in.
