Certification exams are subject to the following terms and conditions:

This page contains important information; please read it carefully to avoid delays in registering for your exam. It includes information on how to book the exam, what items to have with you on the day of the exam, what to do after you pass the exam and when/how will you receive the official certificate. 

Most providers send an email within 10 days after an exam is passed; sometimes, this email may be erroneously marked as junk. Please regularly check your junk/spam folder after passing the exam and follow the steps in the email to access your certificate.

You need to have/carry two original IDs in physical form on the day of the exam (photocopies, images, digital format etc. are not acceptable). The primary ID must be a government-issued photo ID with your full name, picture and a signature; the secondary ID should have your full name and signature.

The certification exam cannot be booked more than next three days in advance.

• Same-day exam scheduling is not possible.
• Exam requests must be received during business days and business hours to be processed, requests received outside this window will be processed on the next business day.
• Please wait 1 business day after emailing us.
• Certification exams are not included with discounted course fees unless agreed in writing.
• Certification exams must be registered and attempted within 3 months of course/module completion. The course/module completion date is the official course completion date; it does not take into account classes/sessions missed by the candidate.
• The certification exam attempt cannot be sold or redeemed for cash, credit or refund.
• The certification exam cannot be combined with other offers or discounts and is valid for one attempt only. We do not offer second exam shots or any other offers that providers may run from time to time.
• Certification exam registration is strictly subject to seat availability and will be confirmed if the proposed date and time are available.
• Logitrain is not responsible if the exam duration expires due to seat availability. Logitrain information request emails must be responded with relevant information within twenty-four hours.
• Certification exams cannot be rescheduled or cancelled once we have confirmed the exam booking/you have received the confirmation from the exam provider.
• The candidate must arrive/be available 30 minutes before the exam start time on the day of the exam; in case of a no show, the exam attempt will be void.
• We are not liable for any errors or omissions by candidates in exam ID registration.
• If the exam has been set up but cannot be delivered due to candidate error, infrastructure for any reason, we will not be responsible and will not book the exam again.
• Once we provide the exam voucher or make the exam fee payment, our responsibility is over and we cannot be held liable under any circumstances. You understand and agree the official certification exams are administered/delivered by third party and not Logitrain, once the exam is booked you will liase with them directly for all matters.
• For online proctored exams you agree to use a personal device and to install necessary applications to undertake the exam as corporate computers often adhere to strict group policies enforced by organisations and the exam cannot be taken unless the examination app cannot terminate all the required applications. Please note that smoking, eating, or drinking is not allowed while taking your exam. You must take your exam in a private room, free from distractions.
• It is your responsibility to provide us with a valid working testing ID conforming to the vendor to allow us to book the exam, we cannot assist in creating testing IDs or liaise on behalf of the candidate.
• It is your responsibility to arrange test accommodations, and if approved, they are automatically added to your exam booking. Logitrain is not responsible for test accommodations/special arrangements, nor the exam time frame can be extended due to delays by the testing vendor.
• You agree to all the exam vendors, testing programme sponsors, and exam providers’ current and updates to policies and terms and conditions, Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Terms of Service, NDA, Exam Policies, Terms and Conditions of Use, Data Collection, Video Recording, Online Exam Policies, system requirements, use of cookies, location services and any and all other terms and conditions, policies, agreements or requirements they may impose in order to be able to take the exam. It is your responsibility to find, read, understand and agree with those policies. Filling out the exam form or emailing us your details to book the exam confirms your agreement to the relevant terms and conditions and policies.

Certification Exam Registration Procedure

Test Accommodation: You may be eligible for “test accommodations”, “special arrangements”, or “reasonable adjustments” depending on your native language/circumstances. For PeopleCert exams, an extra 25% of the time is allocated to you if your native language is not English. For information related to other exams, please visit https://home.pearsonvue.com/test-taker/Test-accommodations.aspx. Please note: it is your responsibility to arrange test accommodations, and if approved, they are automatically added to your exam booking. Logitrain is not responsible for test accommodations/special arrangements, nor the exam time frame can be extended due to delays by the testing vendor.

If you only have just one name, rather than a conventional first and last name: The Pearson VUE system requires a first and last name, so a period/full stop (.) may be used while creating your ID in place of one of the names. The period/full stop or underscore does not need to appear on your ID when attempting the exam.

For booking an exam, navigate to the exam provider using the links below; create an ID first; once you have received the testing ID, scroll to the form at the bottom of the page to fill in your exam scheduling information. First-time exam takers, please use the links below to create your Testing ID. It is the candidate’s responsibility to provide us with a valid working testing ID conforming to the vendor to allow us to book the exam, we cannot assist in creating testing IDs or liaise on behalf of the candidate.

ITIL Examination Candidates

This exam can only be taken as remote proctored, please ensure you meet all the criteria to take the online exam given at https://www.peoplecert.org/exams-peoplecert-online-proctoring-windows. It requires application(s) to be installed on your computer before being allowed to attempt the exam. The vendor recommends using a personal device as corporate computers often adhere to strict group policies enforced by organisations and the exam cannot be taken unless the examination app cannot terminate all the required applications. Please fill out the form here. The steps given below do not apply.

PRINCE2, PRINCE2 Agile, MoP, P3O Examination Candidates: These exams can only be taken as remote proctored, please ensure you meet all the criteria to take the online exam given at https://www.peoplecert.org/exams-peoplecert-online-proctoring-windows. It requires application(s) to be installed on your computer before being allowed to attempt the exam. The vendor recommends using a personal device as corporate computers often adhere to strict group policies enforced by organisations and the exam cannot be taken unless the examination app cannot terminate all the required applications. AgileBA, AgilePM, AgilePgM and APMG Candidates: Please email melbourne@logitrain.com.au the following details about yourself:
Title (Mr, Mrs, Ms, Miss), First name, Middle name, Surname, Email, Complete postal address including postcode, Mobile number, Exam name, Prefered exam date and time, Logitrain invoice number and course start date. The full name must exactly match the government-issued ID.
Exams are online proctored and invigilated by a third party which may require applications and browser extensions to be installed to your browser. Please test your device’s compatibility (https://go.proctoru.com/testitout and https://syscheck.bridge.psiexams.com). You should run this test and confirm conpatibility from the environment you are going to take your exam (a computer/laptop with admin rights) before emailing us your details. Please Note: The exam is not delivered at Logitrain or by Logitrain; you must have a quiet, private room to take your exam with an online proctor.
By emailing your/exam taker details, you confirm that you have read, understand and agree to the requirements above; you have read and agree to the exam vendor Terms & Conditions and Logitrain Certification Exam Terms and Conditions.

SIAM Candidates: Please email melbourne@logitrain.com.au the following details about yourself, exactly as requested, do not include full name together as we cannot assist with fixing the details:
First name, last name, country of residence, email, prefered exam date and time, Logitrain invoice number and course start date. (The name must exactly match the government-issued ID).
Exams are online proctored and invigilated which may require applications and browser extensions to be installed to your browser. Please test your device’s compatibility (https://on.v5.examity.com/systemcheck). You should run this test and confirm compatibility from the environment you are going to take your exam (a computer/laptop with admin rights) before emailing us your details, sending the email confirms you have tested your device. Please Note: The exam is not delivered at Logitrain or administered by Logitrain; you must have a quiet, private room to take your exam with an online proctor.
By emailing your/exam taker details, you confirm that you have read, understand, tested and agree to the requirements above; you have read and agree to the exam vendor Terms & Conditions, and Logitrain Certification Exam Terms and Conditions.

COBIT Candidates: Please create an account at https://store.isaca.org/s/login/SelfRegister and email us your login details (username and password) and prefered exam date and time. Once we book your exam, please change your password immediately.
Exams are invigilated by a third party that may require applications and browser extensions to be installaed to your browser. Please test your equipment to check your computer’s compatibility (https://go.proctoru.com/testitout and https://syscheck.bridge.psiexams.com). You should run this test from the environment you are going to take your exam (a computer/laptop with admin rights). Please Note: The exam is not delivered at Logitrain or by Logitrain; you must have a quiet, private room to take your exam with an online proctor.
By emailing your/exam taker details, you confirm that you have read, understand and agree to the requirements above; you have read and agree to the exam vendor Terms & Conditions and Logitrain Certification Exam Terms and Conditions.

Microsoft Examination Candidates: If you have previously taken a Microsoft certification exam before, please fill out the form at the end of this page with your testing ID. IMPORTANT: For new Cisco exam takers, after your ID is generated, you need to continue the process to simulate an online exam booking and cancel the exam booking once the cart webpage is shown, only then we will be able to find you in the exam system and book your exam. Oracle Examination Candidates: If you have previously taken an Oracle certification exam before, please fill out the form at the end of this page with your testing ID. Once you have created the Oracle account, please sign in with your login details and continue the process to create your testing ID. LPI Examination Candidates: If you have previously taken an LPI certification exam before, please fill out the form at the end of this page with your testing ID. If you have not taken an LPI certification exam before, please create an LPI testing ID by filling out the form given here. Once you have received the LPI ID, create a Pearson VUE account by filling out the form given here. Once you have created the VUE account, testing ID to be generated and then fill out the form at the end of this page.

The Open Group (TOGAF): If you have previously taken an Open Group certification exam before, please fill out the form at the end of this page with your testing ID. If you have not taken an Open Group certification exam before, please create a testing ID by clicking here. Click Create Account and provide the details on the form. Once you confirm your email address, you will receive an email from Open Group confirming Registration Completion. Once you receive the email, visit https://www.opengroup.org/certifications/take-exam, Login and scroll to the end of the page and click the option Take an Exam – Step 2 (login required), select the checkboxes and click Go To Pearson VUE launch page, on the following page click Proceed to Pearson VUE. On the next page at the top left-hand corner, under the Open Group Logo click >> to reveal your testing ID (numbers only). Then fill out the form at the end of this page.

Tableau Candidates: If you have previously taken a Tableau certification exam before, please fill out the form at the end of this page with your testing ID. If you have not taken a Tableau certification exam before, please create a testing ID by clicking Create account here, click Login (you will be directed to the Tableau website, click Create an Account. Once you have created the VUE account, your testing ID to be generated and then fill out the form at the end of this page. To find your Tableau ID, click Schedule my Exam, Schedule or Manage my exam with Pearson and once the page loads, click Go to Pearson. You will be able to find your Tableau Exam ID on this page.

ISC2 (SSCP, CC, CCSP, CISSP) Examination Candidates: If you have previously taken an ISC2 certification exam before, please fill out the form at the end of this page with your testing ID and provide your ISC2 account username and password in the message section (we recommend to change your password before providing it, once your exam is booked, please change your password immediately). If you have not taken an ISC2 certification exam before, please create a testing ID by clicking Don’t have an account? Sign Up on the webpage given here. Once you have created the VUE account, your testing ID to be generated and then fill out the form at the end of this page and provide your ISC2 account username and password in the message section (we recommend to change your password before providing it, once your exam is booked, please change your password immediately).

Please note: With some vendors, it may take up to 5 business to receive the testing ID; once you get it, follow the steps below. The testing ID may be a combination of alphabets and numbers; examples of testing IDs are given below. If you do not receive the testing ID after five working days, contact the provider directly, we are unable to assist with it.

To view your testing ID, log in to your VUE account and on the top left-hand corner under the vendor logo, click the two arrows >> to reveal your testing ID. For AWS or Microsoft exams or any exam administered via VUE, continue the exam booking process on the vendor website until you are redirected to the VUE website and there you can find your testing ID by clicking the two arrows >> on the left-hand side under the vendor logo. How to find your Testing ID on the VUE website

To view your testing ID, log in to your VUE account and in the top left-hand corner under the vendor logo, click the two arrows >> to reveal your testing ID.

STOP | Do NOT try to book the exam through Pearson VUE, ANZTB, AWS, Microsoft, Prometric, BCS, iSQI, and PeopleCert websites. We will register for the exam on your behalf | STOP

On the Day of the Exam

• On the day of the exam, the candidate must arrive 30 minutes before exam delivery time and bring in two (2) valid forms of original ID in physical form, photocopies, scanned ID and digital format is not acceptable (it is mandatory): The primary ID must be government-issued with full name, photo and signature e.g. passport, Government-issued driver’s license, National/state/country identification card. The secondary ID must have a full name and signature, e.g. bank card, credit card etc. Please note: The IDs must be original, valid (not expired)  and in physical form. The exam will NOT be delivered without it.

* Failure to adhere to the given procedure or missing information will result in the exam not being delivered

* Exam will NOT be delivered if the 3-month duration has been exceeded

* Exam delivery process may take up to 30 minutes, in certain cases it may take up to an hour

After the Exam

Important: After the exam, please keep an eye out for an email from the testing vendor with details to create your account on the vendor website. Normally, this email is marked as junk, therefore regularly keep checking your inbox and junk folder. Once you receive the email, follow the instructions to create your ID, most vendors will allow the pdf certificate to be downloaded from the account you created.

Please note: Due to privacy reasons, we will not be able to assist regarding certificates not received etc. Please contact the testing vendor directly.
