This form is only for PeopleCert exam booking. These exams can only be taken as remote proctored, please ensure you meet all the criteria to take the online exam given at https://www.peoplecert.org/exams-peoplecert-online-proctoring-windows.

Please Note: Enter your full name as it appears on a government-issued ID. You need to have the original ID on the day and time of the exam (photocopies are not acceptable) to show to the online PeopleCert proctor. The ID must be a government-issued photo ID with name, picture and signature. The exam will not be delivered without it.

You must use a personal device as corporate computers often adhere to strict group policies enforced by organisations and the exam cannot be taken unless the examination app cannot terminate all the required applications.

  Additionally, I understand and agree to the terms and conditions below:
  1. Certification exams can only be rescheduled or cancelled 3 business days before the exam date and will incur a $200 charge.
  2. I will be available 30 minutes on the relevant application before the exam start time on the day of the exam.
  3. In case of a no show, the exam will not be delivered and the exam attempt will be void.
  4. I have provided my correct testing ID and take liability if a mistake is made.
  5. Certification exam cannot be booked if fee is not paid in full or if instalment is outstanding when paying in instalments.
  6. Providing incorrect/misleading information on this form will ban me from utilising Logitrain Services in future.
  7. I confirm I have checked and my infrastructure, computer, laptop, internet connection and anything required to attempt the exam meets the requirement to take the online exam and that Logitrain will not be able to assist me in case I face any issue, if I am unable to take/complete the exam for any reason, Logitrain is not liable in any way and nor will they pay for another exam.
  8. I will produce two IDs in original, the primary ID will be a government-issued photo ID with name, picture and signature and the secondary ID will have a full name and a signature on the day of the exam to confirm my identity. I understand, without the IDs, the exam will not be delivered and the attempt will be void.
  9. The exams are conducted by PeopleCert and I have read, understood and agree to all the PeopleCert Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy listed at https://www.peoplecert.org/terms-of-service-and-privacy-policy and all other terms and conditions, non-disclosure agreements or any other policies which are required to be agreed in order to be able to take the exam.
  11. I accept and agree to all other policies and procedures which are required to be accepted to attempt the exam, I understand without accepting these policies, I will not be able to attempt the exam. It is my responsibility to find and read and understand those policies.
