The certification exam cannot be booked without a testing ID e.g. CSCO000000, MS0000000 etc. You may need to wait a few days after creating your account on the VUE website. To view your testing ID, log in to your VUE account and on the top left-hand corner under the vendor logo, click the two arrows >> to reveal your testing ID.

IMPORTANT: For new Cisco exam takers, after your ID is generated, you need to continue the process to simulate an online exam booking and cancel the exam booking once the cart webpage is shown to connect your Cisco ID with VUE system, only then we will be able to find you in the exam system and book your exam. If you have not followed this step, please simulate an exam booking on vue.com website and then complete this form or we will not be able to book your exam.

I have read, understood and agree to certification exam terms and conditions at https://www.logitrain.com.au/examservices.html and additionally, I understand and agree to the terms and conditions below:
1. Certification exams can only be rescheduled or cancelled 3 business days before the exam date and will incur a $200 Logitrain admin charge.
2. I must arrive/be available 30 minutes before the exam start time on the day of the exam or be available at my PC if taking online exam.
3. In case of a no show, Logitrain will not allocate the resources to deliver the exam again, and the exam attempt will be void..
4. I have provided my correct testing ID and take liability if a mistake is made.
5. Certification exam cannot be booked if fee is not paid in full or if instalment is outstanding when paying in instalments.
6. Providing incorrect/misleading information on this form will ban me from utilising Logitrain Services in future.
7. I confirm I have checked and my infrastructure, computer, laptop, internet connection and anything required to attempt the exam meets the requirement to take the online exam and that Logitrain will not be able to assist me in case I face any issue, if I am unable to take/complete the exam for any reason, Logitrain is not liable in any way and nor will they pay for another exam.
8. I will produce two IDs in original, the primary ID will be a government-issued photo ID with name, picture and signature and the secondary ID will have a full name and a signature on the day of the exam to confirm my identity. I understand, without the IDs, the exam will not be delivered, and the attempt will be void.
9. The exams are conducted on behalf of Pearson VUE, and I have read, understood, and agree to all VUE Terms and Conditions listed at https://home.pearsonvue.com/candidate-rules-agreement.
10. I accept and agree to all the vendor exam policies and procedures which I will attempt, or which are required to be agreed to attempt the exam, I understand without accepting the vendor policies, I will not be able to attempt their exam. It is my responsibility to find and read those policies.
11. I confirm, I am a citizen/permanent legal resident of the country where I am taking this exam. I am personally responsible to gain any authorisations from the vendor which are required to attempt their exam.
12. I agree to all the relevant exam vendor, testing programme sponsor, exam providers current and updates to privacy and cookies policy, code of conduct, credentials program agreement, certification agreements, privacy policy, terms and conditions, non-disclosure agreements, terms of service, NDA, confidentiality agreements, exam policies, terms and conditions of use, data collection, video recording, online exam policies, use of cookies, location services and any and any other terms and conditions, policies, agreements or requirements they may impose in order to be able to take the exam. It is my responsibility to search, read, understand, and agree with those policies.
13. Once my exam is booked, Logitrain is free of their obligation and not liable for any further matters regarding my exam.

Please read this message carefully, your exam cannot be booked due to one of the following reasons:
1. You have not paid the fee or have an outstanding instalment
2. The three months timeframe from the course completion date has expired
3. You have selected "No" to the option "Do you wish to take the exam in the three days". Please note: the exam can only be booked in the next three days from today.

Please try booking the exam again after paying the fee, oustanding installment or when your preferred exam date is within the next three days.
