The Project Planning & Control™ (PPC) Foundation & Practitioner course, offered as a comprehensive 5-day instructor-led training, is designed in collaboration with the Association for Project Management (APM). This training is based on APM’s essential guide, “Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring and Control,” which stands as the first extensive set of guidelines for project planning and control, applicable across all industries. Developed by APM’s Planning, Monitoring & Control Specific Interest Group (SIG), the course draws from a wealth of practitioner insights from both the customer and supplier sides, aiming to enhance project success rates through improved standards. Participants will delve into best practices for effectively managing time, cost, and risk, ensuring they can set and achieve consistent standards and realize value in their projects.
This course has no prerequisites.
Project Planning & Control™ (PPC) Foundation & Practitioner certification exam
The certification exam can be registered and attempted within 3 months of course/module completion at our training centre on weekdays during normal business hours (excludes public holidays)
