Pre-requisite: ITIL v3 Foundation
This 1-day course has especially been devised for candidates who already hold the ITIL v3 Foundation certification. This course delivers the changes and updates between ITIL v3 and ITIL 4.
ITIL 4 paints a holistic end-to-end picture and introduction to the four dimensions of service management and the value stream with a focus on the guiding principles that help organisations to adopt and adapt ITIL.
