  1. Mock tests can be rescheduled or cancelled before the test date and will incur a $50 charge.
  2. No show on the mock test day will incur a $75 charge which must be paid before booking another test.
  3. Mock Test cannot be booked if fee is not paid in full or if installment is outstanding when paying in instalments.
  4. Providing incorrect/misleading information on this form will ban me from utilising Logitrain Services in future.
