The UXQB® CPUX Foundation (CPUX-F) course is designed to provide a solid foundation in the principles of user-centered design. It focuses on teaching participants how to effectively understand and interpret user needs and behaviors in the development of products and services.
Through this course, you will learn various user-centered design processes, techniques, tools, and methodologies to ensure that products and services are designed with a strong focus on customer and user needs right from the start. The training provides you with the basic knowledge for UXQB® Certified Professional for Usability and User Experience – Foundation (CPUX-F) certification, validating your expertise in the fields of usability and user experience.
This course is available in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra, Perth, Hobart and throughout Australia Live Virtually.

There are no specific requirements or base certifications. Practical experience in usability and UX is an advantage.
Candidates can achieve this certification by passing the following exam(s).
To be certified you must pass the UXQB® Certified Professional for Usability and User Experience- Foundation (CPUX-F) exam.
The certification exam can be registered and attempted within 3 months of course/module completion at our training centre on weekdays during normal business hours (excludes public holidays)
