The Project Planning & Control Foundation course is a 3-day instructor-led training program, is developed in partnership with the Association for Project Management (APM). It focuses on the essential aspects of planning, monitoring, and control, critical for effective project management. Rooted in APM’s comprehensive guide, the course aims to standardize and elevate project management practices across various industries, ensuring projects are managed efficiently and effectively. This certification is often bundled with the PPC Practitioner level in a combined five-day course, typically offered at a reduced price.
There are no formal prerequisites to attend this Project Planning and Control™ (PPC) Foundation Training course.

The certification exam can be registered and attempted within 3 months of course/module completion at our training centre on weekdays during normal business hours (excludes public holidays)
