MoP Training Foundation Certification

Management of Portfolios® MoP training is a collection of guidance to provide advice and model of ways to apply practices and principles and also techniques that will assist the organisation in maximising and balancing an organisational change and Business As Usual (BAU). From a strategic point MoP training will provide an overview of all the change activities including what is included in the Portfolio, the costing and the risks faced along with the impact on BAU.

The MoP Foundation certification is the prerequisite for Practitioner Qualification.

Successful completion of MoP exam after MoP training will confirm that the candidate has the skills required to work as an informed member of a Portfolio Office or undertake a role within a Portfolio Management Domain.

There are no pre-requisites for the MoP training course.

Candidates can achieve this certification by passing the following exam(s).

Management of Portfolios® Foundation

The certification exam can be registered and attempted within 3 months of course/module completion at Logitrain training centre on weekdays during normal business hours (excludes public holidays)

This course is likely to add to the employment related skills of the participants. The skills developed are likely to be used in the course of being an employee or working in a business.

This qualification is aimed at those involved in a range of formal and informal portfolio management roles encompassing investment decision-making, project and programme delivery, and benefits realization.

It is relevant to all those involved in the selection and delivery of business change initiatives including members of Management Boards and Directors of Change; Senior Responsible Owners (SROs); portfolio, programme, project, business change and benefits managers; and business case writers and project appraisers.
