From a strategic viewpoint MoP will provide an overview of all the change activities including what is included in the portfolio, the costs and the risks along with the impact on BAU.
The Management of Portfolios MoP Foundation is the basic level exam which is a pre-requisite to sit for the Management of Portfolios MoP Practitioner certification exam. Successful completion of this will confirm that the candidate has the skills required to work as an informed member of a Portfolio Office or undertake a role within a Portfolio Management Domain.
The Management of Portfolios MoP Practitioner training aims to train you to undertake the Management of Portfolios MoP Practitioner Certification exam which tests whether you have achieved sufficient understanding of the application and tailoring of the Management of Portfolios MoP guidance and analysing of the portfolio data, documentation and roles about a given situation.
