This four-day instructor-led course aims to help participants understand Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Data solution and learn how to implement solutions to improve customer engagement. The course focuses on unifying customer data using prebuilt connectors, advanced segmentation to predict customer intent, and ensuring robust data control. It starts with importing and transforming customer data and concludes with integrating the customer data platform solution across Power Platform and Dynamics 365 applications. This comprehensive approach is designed to enhance customer experiences and boost retention.

The certification exam can be registered and attempted within 3 months of course/module completion at our training centre on weekdays during normal business hours (excludes public holidays)
