Do I need any experience or prerequisites?
There is no formal prerequisite. CompTIA recommends around nine to twelve months of hands on experience in a lab or in the field, but beginners are welcome and the course builds the skills from the ground up.

Which exams does CompTIA A+ require?
CompTIA A+ requires two exams, Core 1 (220-1201) and Core 2 (220-1202). These are the current release. Each exam has up to 90 questions over 90 minutes and includes multiple choice and performance based questions.

How are the A+ exams scored?
Each exam is scored on a scale of 100 to 900. Generally, the standard pass mark is 675 for Core 1 and 700 for Core 2.

Yes. The course is available as live online training in real time, taught by an instructor, so you can join from anywhere in Australia.
