The Agile Foundation Project Management and Practitioner Package training course offers a combination of theoretical insight into Agile methodologies and real-life best practices and conducts for dealing with a wide variety of courses. This Agile Project Management (AgilePM®) Foundation & Practitioner course is best suited for project managers who would like to learn a formal management methodology or experienced project managers who need training in agile disciplines. The course is delivered by skilled trainers. It includes examination coaching and practice using sample exam questions.
The Practitioner stage focuses on teaching students how to implement Agile in a practical, real-life project environment considering the problems that may spontaneously arise and surround the budget and in organic project management:
- Supervising products and results and appropriately assigning responsibility for management, business and technical departments.
- Structuring and empowering project teams.
- Using MoSCoW prioritisation to ensure deliveries are completed in the correct order.
- Estimation, measurement and advanced configuration for agile success management.
- Definition of functional and non-functional requirements for deliveries.
- The implementation of quality control.
- Preparing for the future, considering maintenance and scalability during planning.
