The Microsoft 365 Certified: Copilot and Agent Administration Fundamentals certification ensures the candidate is well versed with Microsoft 365 and understands its core services, security, identity and access, data protection, and governance, including Microsoft 365 Copilot and agents.
This course covers Microsoft admin centers which are used to configure workloads, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Entra, Microsoft Purview, AI-driven productivity tools.
Additionally, the course covers understanding of the core features and objects available in Microsoft 365, including users, groups, teams, sites, libraries including core security features of Microsoft 365.
- Basic IT knowledge or some experience working in an IT environment
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft on-premises products, such as Exchange Server, SharePoint, Office Professional, AD RMS, and others
- Understanding of business, legal and security compliance of IT enterprises
Candidates can achieve this certification by passing the following exam(s).
AB-900 Microsoft 365 Certified: Copilot and Agent Administration Fundamentals
The certification exam can be registered and attempted within 3 months of course/module completion at Logitrain training centre on weekdays during normal business hours (excludes public holidays)
