  7. BA Overview – Provide a realistic and interactive overview of what is Business Analysis is. How to write requirements for the solution.
  • Agile Business Analysis:
  1. Fundamental: Business solutions in an Agile framework. To meet modern challenges of getting more with less. Learn to adopt a more flexible and dynamic approach to project delivery.
  2. Practitioner: In-depth knowledge and understanding necessary to practice and apply the Agile Business Analysis fundamentals.
  • Business Process modelling: Learn about methods to discover, model, analyse, measure, improve, optimize the process. Methodology approaches to process improvement.
  • Business Requirements Elicitation: Learn about Interviewing stakeholders, Stakeholder management, Use cases, User stories, State transition diagrams, Mind map, brainstorming, -requirements analysis (irm training).
  • Writing better requirements: Learn to identify, define requirements, types of requirements. How to make sure all the requirements are taken care of. Understanding stakeholder requirements and convert it into functional and non-functional requirements (irm training).
