  • Agile Business Analysis:
  1. Fundamental: Business solutions in an Agile framework. To meet modern challenges of getting more with less. Learn to adopt a more flexible and dynamic approach to project delivery.
  2. Practitioner: In-depth knowledge and understanding necessary to practice and apply the Agile Business Analysis fundamentals.

  • Business Requirements Elicitation: Learn about Interviewing stakeholders, Stakeholder management, Use cases, User stories, State transition diagrams, Mind map, brainstorming, -requirements analysis (irm training).
