Test Manager: The role of a Test Manager change from one who manages the testing team to one who enables teams.  Enabling teams translates that the Test Manager has to make rapid decisions in selecting a blend of appropriate manual and automated test approaches for the testing team. The Test manager has to quickly gather information about the various risks involved in using a solution. The Test manager has to enable a team that has a right mix of skill-set to perform different types of testing to exhaustively test the software.

MANUAL TESTER:  Responsible for Reviewing and analyzing system specifications, Executing test scripts and reviewing results, Reporting and documenting technical issues.

Requirements for this position: 4+ years of experience in software testing.

Skills needed: Curious to learn new technologies and trends, Good problem-solving skills, Good reporting skills, Excellent at time management , analytical thinking

AUTOMATION TESTER: Experience building test automation frameworks from scratch and maintaining .Recent experience using Selenium Java.Ability to recommend best practices and appropriate tool sets and do risk assessments.

Requirements for this position: 5+ years of experience as an automation tester

Skills needed: Focus on analytical thinking ,understanding of programming languages, Good functional testing skills, Expertise in creation of test scripts, Possess good knowledge on Automated testing tools, Clear understanding of business requirements, Maintain good communication and interaction with stakeholders,  Curious to learn new technologies and trends, Able to assess and mitigate the risk, Good problem-solving skills , Good reporting skills, Excellent at time management.
