The ACTC training and certification course delivers two training courses.

Yosemite 101: Mac OS X Support Essentials 10.10
This course gives students an insight of how OS X Yosemite works, & what are the best methods to support its users in the most efficient manner.

Yosemite 201: Mac OS X Support Essentials 10.10
In this course, participant will gain skills, tools, and knowledge on how to implement and maintain a network that uses OS X Server for Yosemite, how to install and configure OS X efficiently.

This certification authenticates that you have an understanding of OS X and OS X Server core functionality and can configure key services and perform basic troubleshooting. It is a key requirement for the following jobs:

  1. Help desk specialist
  2. Technical coordinator
  3. Technical support professional
  4. Entry-level system administrator & service technician jobs
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Understanding of OS X
  • Basic OS X troubleshooting experience
  • Completion of the Yosemite 101 course before commencing Yosemite 201 course

Candidates can achieve this certification by passing following exam(s).

  1. OS X Support Essentials 10.10 Exam (9L0-422)
  2. OS X Server Ess entials 10.10 Exam (9L0-525)

The certification exam if included in your course can be registered and attempted within 3 months of course/module completion at Logitrain training centre on weekdays during normal business hours (excludes public holidays)
